About the Team

FOSEM is a technology-driven company developing key optical semiconductor devices based on GaAs and InP compound semiconductor technologies. Our products are applicable to optical communications, LiDAR, quantum sensors, defense, and industrial sensing.

From R&D and process review to prototyping and performance evaluation, we provide reliable technical solutions throughout the entire optical semiconductor device development process.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of optical semiconductor devices

• Support the development of PIN Photodiodes, APDs, Laser Diodes, and other optical devices

• Analyze the characteristics of GaAs and InP compound semiconductor devices

• Support prototype production and performance verification

• Organize and analyze electrical and optical test data

• Review FAB Service processes and prepare technical documents

• Participate in R&D projects and manage technical documentation

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Optical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field

• Interest in optical semiconductors, semiconductor devices, and optical communication technologies

• Ability to organize experimental data and prepare technical documents

• Strong sense of responsibility in R&D work

• Open to entry-level and experienced candidates

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with optical devices, semiconductor devices, or compound semiconductors

• Knowledge of GaAs, InP, Si Photonics, or related technologies

• Experience using electrical and optical characterization equipment

• Experience in semiconductor processing, packaging, or prototyping

• Experience in R&D projects or technical documentation
